摘要
采用二甲苯可溶物含量测定、TREF分级、凝胶渗透色谱、高压毛细管流变、扫描电子显微镜等分析手段,对两种不同性能的高流动高刚抗冲共聚聚丙烯进行结构分析。结果表明,提高橡胶相含量和橡胶相分子量、降低橡胶相尺寸、提高橡胶相的分散程度均有利于产品冲击强度的提高;提高共聚聚丙烯中均聚部分的等规指数可以提高产品的弯曲模量。
The structure and properties of two kinds of highflow,high rigidity and impact resistant copolymerized polypropylene with different properties were analyzed by means of xylene soluble content determination,TREF classification,gel permeation chromatography,high pressure capillary rheology and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that increasing the content of rubber phase,increasing the molecular weight of rubber phase,reducing the size of rubber phase and increasing the dispersion degree of rubber phase were beneficial to the improvement of impact strength of products;The bending modulus can be increased by increasing the isotactic index of the homopolymer in the copolymer polypropylene.
