输电塔架用Q345钢表面Zn-Ni/TiO_(2)复合涂层的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用电沉积技术并结合喷涂法在制造输电塔架常用的Q345钢表面制备出Zn-Ni/TiO_(2)复合涂层,表征和分析了复合涂层的微观形貌和元素组成,并通过人工气候老化试验、落砂冲击试验、砂纸摩擦试验和加速腐蚀老化试验测试了复合涂层的稳定性与耐蚀性。结果表明:复合涂层的元素组成为Zn、Ni、Ti、O、C和Si元素,微纳米结构与低表面能协同作用使得复合涂层表现出超疏水性能。复合涂层能较长时间耐受摩擦冲击、日光照射和干湿交替,稳定地保持超疏水性能。在相同腐蚀介质中复合涂层的腐蚀电流密度仅为1.54×10~(-6) A/cm~2,电荷转移电阻达到7050.8Ω·cm~2,表现出优良的耐蚀性,相较于常用的镀锌层可以为Q345钢提供较理想的腐蚀防护作用。 Zn-Ni/TiO_(2) composite coating was prepared on the surface of Q345 steel commonly used in the manufacture of transmission towers by electrodeposition technology combined with spraying method.The microstructure and element composition of the composite coating were characterized and analyzed,and the artificial climate aging experiment,falling sand impact experiment,sandpaper friction experiment and accelerated corrosion aging experiment were carried out to test the stability and corrosion resistance of the composite coating.The results show that the element composition of the composite coating is Zn,Ni,Ti,O,C and Si,and the synergistic effect of micro-nano structure and low surface energy makes the composite coating exhibit superhydrophobic property.The composite coating can withstand frictional impact,sunlight irradiation and alternating dry and wet for a long time,and maintain the superhydrophobicity stably.In the same corrosion medium,the corrosion current density of the composite coating is only 1.54×10-6A/cm2,and the charge transfer resistance reaches 7050.8Ω•cm2,showing excellent corrosion resistance.Compared with the commonly used zinc coating,the composite coating can provide ideal corrosion protection for Q345 steel.
