服役25年硅酮密封胶状况调研及分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Silicone Sealant in Service for 25 Years

为探究硅酮密封胶应用于建筑幕墙和门窗是否具有25年的使用寿命和服役25年老化后的状况,本文对实际项目开展调研,调研了国内部分代表性城市服役25年左右的幕墙或门窗工程共60余个,并对实际项目中硅酮密封胶产品的性能变化和出现的不良问题进行了探讨和分析。调研结果表明:质量优异的硅酮密封胶,在实际工程中使用25年左右仍然能保持良好的性能;优质的硅酮密封胶材料可以达到25年甚至超过25年的使用寿命。

This paper tends to investigate the possibility of providing 25 years’service life of silicone sealant on building curtain wall and doors&windows,and the performance of silicone sealant after 25 years of aging.More than 60 projects that are in service for about 25 years in major urban cities in China had been investigated.This paper discusses and analyses the performance differences of silicone sealant and some problems on curtain wall,windows&doors projects.The investigation results show that high quality silicone sealants remain favorable performances after around 25 years of service.High quality silicone sealant product can provide 25-year service life or even more than that.
