摘要
分析了石墨烯的结构,采用机械剥离法和氧化还原法分别制得单层石墨烯和氧化石墨烯,研究了单层石墨烯的特性,利用湿法纺丝法制得了生物质石墨烯粘胶纤维,比较了其纤维性能。文章指出,石墨烯具有超强导电性、超高强度、超大比表面积、优良的导热性能及较好的抗菌性能。生物质石墨烯粘胶纤维具有其他天然纤维和化学纤维无法比拟的优良强度、导电、导热、抗菌和远红外保健性能。
The structure of graphene was analyzed.Single layer graphene and graphene lactic acid solution were prepared by mechanical stripping method and redox method respectively.The properties of single layer graphene were studied.Biomass graphene viscosefiber was prepared by wet spinning method,and itsfiber properties were compared.It is pointed out that graphene has super strong conductivity,super high strength,super large specific surface area,excellent thermal conductivity and good antibacterial properties.Biomass graphene viscosefiber has superior strength,conductivity,heat conduction,antibacterial and far infrared health care properties than other naturalfibers and chemicalfibers.
