精细化工园区化学品的使用涉及面广,从化学品生产、储存、运输、使用、经营到最后废弃物处置全过程所有环节的安全管理对策,是一种全面的化学品全生命周期安全管理的方法。通过研究国外危险化学品安全管理的发展现状及其特点,发现关于精细化工园区的化学品全生命周期安全管理的标准方法几乎没有。因此,有必要建立一部具有参考意义的化学品全生命周期的安全管理规范,提供化学品从生产、储存、运输、使用、经营到废弃物处置安全管理方面的参考,为企业化学品安全管理提供有价值的参考。

The use of chemicals in the fine chemical industry park covers a wide range of areas.The safety management countermeasures for all links in the whole process of chemical production,storage,transportation,use,operation andfinal waste disposal is a comprehensive method of chemical life cycle safety management.By studying the development status and characteristics of safety management of hazardous chemicals in foreign countries,it is found that there are almost no standard methods for life-cycle safety management of chemicals infine chemical parks.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a safety management specification with reference significance for the whole life cycle of chemicals,to provide reference for the safety management of chemicals from production,storage,transportation,use and operation to waste disposal,and to provide valuable reference for the safety management of chemicals in enterprises.
