摘要 PLA(聚乳酸)以天然来源的乳酸为主要原料,具有很好的生物降解性和相容性,被认为是最有发展前途的绿色包装材料。针对传统快递塑料包装中存在的材料无法降解、含有毒有害物质、包装质量缺乏标准以及过度包装等问题,基于PLA环保材料的透明、透气、易加工、拉伸强度大等特性,阐述了其在物流包装领域的具体应用优势。并对PLA环保材料在物流包装中应用的经济性进行了分析,指出了PLA环保材料的未来研究方向。 PLA(polylactic acid)is regarded as the most promising green packaging material because of its good biodegradability and compatibility with lactic acid from natural sources.In view of the problems existing in the traditional express plastic packaging,such as non-degradable,containing toxic and harmful substances,lack of standards for packaging quality and excessive packaging,based on the transparence,ventilation,easy to process,high tensile strength and other characteristics of PLA environmental protection materials,this paper expounds its specific application advantages in thefield of logistics packaging.The economy of the application of PLA environmental protection materials in logistics packaging is analyzed,and the future research direction of PLA environmental protection materials is pointed out.
