摘要
新时代民族工作重点是民族交往交流交融即民族“三交”的加强,经济生活是民族“三交”的起始。文章以云南省楚雄彝族自治州彝绣产业为对象,藉由修正SCP模型提出,产业推动民族“三交”的内在机制由市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效三方面组成,市场结构层面买方间、卖方间、买卖双方关系明确民族“三交”的主体;市场行为成为民族“三交”的载体;市场绩效中技术进步状况、规模经济效益反映民族“三交”的成效。构建民族“三交”的产业驱动机制,有利于各族人民实现对中华文化的认同,也体现了我国多元文化发展背景下产业发展对铸牢中华民族共同体意识的推动作用。
The focus of ethnic work in the new era is the strengthening of ethnic contact,exchange and integration,that is,“three connections”of ethnic groups.Economic life is the beginning of“three connections”.Taking the industry of the embroidery of the Yi people in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture,Yunnan Province,as an object,this paper proposes based on modification of the SCP model that the internal mechanism of industry promoting“three connections”consists of three aspects:market structures,market behaviors and market performances.At the level of market structures,the relationships between buyers,between sellers,and between buyers and sellers,define the main body of“three connections”of ethnic groups;market behaviors become the carrier of“three connections”;the technological progress and scale economies effect in market performances reflect the effectiveness of“three connections”of ethnic groups.Building an industrial driving mechanism of“three connections”is conducive to the recognition of Chinese culture by people of all ethnic groups,and it can reflect the role of industrial development in building a strong sense of Chinese national community in the context of China’s multicultural development.
