摘要
针对传统种子乳液法PVC糊树脂生产劳动强度大、频繁开启人孔造成密封损坏等问题进行了工艺改进,采用了全自动高压清洗技术和人孔助剂密闭加入技术,提高了整个生产工艺的自动化水平和生产效率。
In view of the problems of heavy labor intensity and sealing damage caused by frequent opening of manholes in the production of PVC paste resin by traditional seed emulsion method,the process improvement was carried out.The full automatic high-pressure cleaning technology and the closed feeding additives technology though manhole were adopted,which improved the automation level and production efficiency of the entire production process.
