摘要
用转矩流变仪测试了CPVC材料的流变性能和动态热稳定性,用DSC测试了CPVC材料的熔融热。探讨了加热温度、加料负荷、运行时间、转子转速对CPVC材料流变性能和凝胶化度的影响,阐述了CPVC材料动态热稳定性的评价方法。
The rheological properties and dynamic thermal stability of CPVC materials were tested by using a torque rheometer,and the melting heat of the CPVC materials was measured by using DSC.The effects of heating temperature,feeding load,running time and rotor speed on the rheological properties and gelation degree of CPVC materials were discussed.The evaluation method of dynamic thermal stability of CPVC materials was described.
