光伏发电系统节能减排效果模糊评价

摘要 火电机组发电能量利用率较低且污染量较大,在一定程度上不符合当前的双碳目标。为此,增加低能耗、低污染的以光伏等清洁能源为主要发电来源的新型电力系统,有助于节能减排和双碳目标的实现。为了评估新型电力系统节能减排效果,以光伏发电系统为研究对象,在双碳目标背景下,提出基于模糊数学理论的新型电力系统节能减排效果评价方法。分析光伏发电系统节能减排效果的影响因素,确定光伏发电系统节能减排效果评价体系的构建原则;利用模糊数学理论,识别节能减排效果评估对象;通过聚类处理节能减排效果评估的影响因素,构建了光伏发电系统节能减排效果评价体系,实现了光伏发电系统节能减排效果的评价。以某省2019—2021年光伏企业节能减排效果评价的指标数据作为案例数据进行应用分析。结果表明,文中方法在评价光伏发电系统节能减排效果时,可以将评价误差控制在-0.24%~-1.80%,提高了光伏发电系统节能减排效果评价精度。 Thermal power generation units have low energy utilization and large pollution,which to some extent does not meet the current dual carbon target.To this end,the increase of new power systems with low energy consumption and low pollution,which mainly use clean energy such as photovoltaic as the source of power generation,will help to achieve the goals of energy conservation and emission reduction and dual carbon.In order to evaluate the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction of new power system,a new evaluation method of energy conservation and emission reduction effect of power system based on fuzzy mathematics theory is proposed under the background of dual carbon targets,taking photovoltaic power generation system as the research object.Analyze the influencing factors of energy-saving and emission re-duction effect of photovoltaic power generation system,and determine the construction principles of the evaluation system of energy-saving and emission reduction effect of photovoltaic power generation system;Using fuzzy mathematics theory,identify the evaluation object of energy con-servation and emission reduction effect;The evaluation system of energy saving and emission reduction effect of photovoltaic power generation system is constructed by clustering the influencing factors of energy saving and emission reduction effect evaluation,and the evaluation of ener-gy saving and emission reduction effect of photovoltaic power generation system is realized.Take the index data of energy conservation and e-mission reduction effect evaluation of photovoltaic enterprises in a province from 2019 to 2021 as the case data for application analysis.The re-sults show that the method in this paper can control the error between-0.24%and-1.80%when evaluating the energy-saving and emission reduction effect of photovoltaic power generation system,and improve the evaluation accuracy of energy-saving and emission reduction effect of photovoltaic power generation system.
