300t转炉裙罩技改浅谈

摘要 炼钢厂的转炉炼钢生产具备周期性和非稳态的特点,导致其配套的裙罩工况存在周期性改变。吹氧冶炼后期裙罩系统会出现受热量多少急剧改变的现象,此时转炉炉口处还具有较高的传热温差,其受热管易因传热恶化而产生过热,易造成频繁爆管而导致热停机。因此,急需在设计、制造、运行等各方面加以研究,以提高设备使用寿命,降低事故率,保证余热锅炉系统的长期稳定进行。浅析了影响转炉裙罩寿命的因素,结合实际工程案例,介绍了某钢厂300 t转炉裙罩技改情况,将裙罩和下部烟罩间的密封形式予以创新,摒弃了传统的水封、砂封、气封形式,采用了新型机械密封形式,该密封安全可靠,且由此降低了水或氮气等能源消耗,增加了钢厂效益,在钢铁行业有一定的推广价值。 The converter steelmaking production of steel mills has the characteristics of periodic and unstable state,which leads to periodic changes in the working conditions of its supporting skirts.In the later period of oxygen smelting,the skirt system will have a sharp change in heat.At this time,there is a high heat transfer temperature difference at the mouth of the furnace.Its heating tube is easy to cause overheating due to deterioration,which can easily cause production stop.Therefore,it is urgently needed to study in various aspects such as design,manu-facturing,and operation to improve the service life of the equipment,reduce the accident rate is analyzed,and ensure the long-term stability of the waste heat boiler system.The factors affecting the life of the converter skirt,and introduces the technical transformation of the 30ot con-verter skirt in a steel plant based on practical engineering cases is introduced.The sealing form between the skirt and the lower hood is innova-ted,and the traditional adopts a new type of mechanical seal,which is safe and reliable,and thus reduces energy consumption such as water or nitrogen,increases the efficiency of steel mills,and has certain promotion value in the steel industry.
