摘要
以青海省高寒牧区重要的肉用羊欧拉羊为研究对象,针对其犄角表型开展了适应现代集约高效生产发展趋势的无角定向选育。通过应用氯前列醇(PG)注射法、CIDR+PMSG法进行同期发情、人工授精,情期受配率均达到94%以上,产羔率达到93%和123%以上,羔羊成活率达到97%以上。采用无角配无角比无角配有角后代的无角率高39.19个百分点。随着无角个体基因型的不断纯化,无角后代的比例将越高,实现了无角欧拉羊的定向选育。
In this study,the Euler sheep,an important meat sheep in the alpine pastoral area of Qinghai Province,was selected for hornless orientation breeding,which was adapted to the development trend of modern intensive and efficient production.Through the application of cloprostol(PG),CIDR+PMSG in the same period of estrus and artificial insemination,the mating rate of estrus reached 94%,the lambing rate reached 93%and 123%respectively,and the survival rate of lambs reached 97%.The hornless rate of hornless progeny was 39.19%higher than that of hornless progeny.With the continuous purification of hornless progeny,the proportion of hornless progeny would be higher.
