盐碱胁迫下液态有机肥对燕麦种子萌发及植株生长的影响

摘要 为明确液态有机肥对燕麦生长和盐碱土壤改良的影响,以燕麦为试验材料,设置不施肥(CK)、施用化肥(磷酸二铵)、施用体积分数16%、48%、80%的液态有机肥,研究中度盐碱胁迫条件下施肥对燕麦种子萌发、植株生长、酶活性及土壤理化性质的影响。结果表明,80%液态有机肥处理可显著促进燕麦种子萌发和植株生长;施用化肥和液态有机肥后燕麦根系活性还原强度、叶片中抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性和脯氨酸(PRO)及植物可溶性糖含量均有提高,丙二醛含量均有下降;收获期液态有机肥处理的土壤pH值均显著低于CK和化肥处理;化肥处理后的土壤中速效磷和碱解氮含量较高,但液态有机肥处理的速效钾含量较高,且随着液态有机肥水溶液体积分数梯度的增大而增高;化肥处理的电导率要高于液态有机肥处理与CK。综合分析,施用液态有机肥能够促进燕麦种子萌发和植株生长,提高植株耐盐碱性,且对盐碱土壤具有一定的改良效果。 To determine the effects of liquid organic fertilizer on oat growth and saline-alkali soil improvement.In this study,taking oat as the test material,no fertilization(CK),chemical fertilizer(diammonium phosphate),liquid organic fertilizer(volume fraction 16%,48%,80%)were applied.The effects of fertilization on seed germination,plant growth,enzyme activity,and soil physical and chemical properties of oat under moderate salt and alkali stress were studied.The results showed that 80%of liquid organic fertilizer treatment significantly promoted seed germination and plant growth of oat.After application of chemical fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer,the root activity reduction intensity in oat root,the activity of APX,POD,CAT,and SOD,the content of proline and soluble sugar in oat leaves were increased in all treatment groups,while the contents of malondialdehyde were decreased.Soil pH treated with liquid organic fertilizer was significantly lower than that treated with control and chemical fertilizer at harvest stage.The content of available phosphorus and alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen in the soil treated with chemical fertilizer were higher,while the content of available potassium in the soil treated with liquid organic fertilizer was higher,and it was increased with increasing fertilization volume fraction.The conductivity of chemical fertilizer treatment group was higher than that of liquid organic fertilizer treatment group and control group.In conclusion,liquid organic fertilizer application could promote the seed germination and plant growth of oat,improve the saline-alkaline tolerance of plants,and had a certain improvement effect on saline-alkali soil.
