多效唑和矮壮素对糜子抗倒伏性及产量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 糜子在种植生产中易倒伏,其是制约糜子生产的重要因素之一。试验利用多效唑和矮壮素能有效改善作物抗倒伏性,研究其对糜子抗倒伏性及产量的影响,旨在为稳定糜子产量提供数据及理论支撑。在大田条件下,以抗倒品种陇糜9号为试验材料,设置多效唑、矮壮素不同用量,并设清水为对照,在拔节期、抽穗期分别进行叶面喷施处理,成熟期调查各处理陇糜9号茎秆的株高、重心高度等形态及力学特征,分析其对茎秆抗倒伏调控效应及产量的影响。结果表明,陇糜9号对多效唑、矮壮素2种化控剂的响应存在一定差异,但拔节期、抽穗期叶面喷施均可显著降低株高、重心高度及倒伏指数,从而显著提高植株的抗倒伏能力。从喷施时期来看,拔节期喷施2种化控剂的形态指标和抗倒伏指标均低于抽穗期,化控效果优于抽穗期,是糜子化控的最佳时期;并且多效唑效果优于矮壮素。在拔节期喷施多效唑还可以增产,在拔节期施用1.05 kg/hm2的多效唑,糜子产量最高(3 445.2 kg/hm^(2)),较清水对照增产3.81%。 Prosomillet is prone to lodging in planting and production,which is one of the important factors restricting prosomillet production.In this study,PP333 and CCC were used to efficiently improve the lodging resistance of crops,and the effects of PP333 and CCC on the lodging resistance and yield of prosomillet were studied to provide data and theoretical support for stabilizing the yield of prosomillet.Under field conditions,an anti-fall variety Longmi 9 was used as the test material,the different concentration gradients of PP333 and CCC were set up,and clear water was set up as the control,foliar spraying was carried out at the jointing stage and the heading stage,and the morphological and mechanical characteristics such as plant height and height of center of gravity of Longmi 9 stems in each treatment were investigated at the maturity stage,and their effects on the lodging resistance regulation effect on stems and yield were analyzed.The results showed that the response of Longmi 9 to PP333 and CCC was different,but the plant height,height of center of gravity,and lodging index were significantly decreased by foliar spraying at jointing stage and heading stage,therefore,the lodging resistance of the plant was improved significantly.From the perspective of sparying stages,the morphological index and lodging resistance index in the treatments of sprying the two chemical control agents at jointing stage were better than those at heading stage,so the chemical control effect at jointing stage were better than that at heading stage,and jointing stage was the optimal stage of chemical control for prosomillet,and the effect of PP333 was better than that of CCC.Spraying PP333 at jointing stage could also increase crop yield,when 1.05 kg/ha of PP333 was applied at jointing stage,the yield of prosomillet was the highest and it was 3445.2 kg/ha,3.81%higher than that of the control.
