农村电商赋能乡村特色产业高质量发展——以武威市农村电商为例

Rural E-commerce Enables High-quality Development of Rural Characteristic Industries:A case study of rural e-commerce in Wuwei City

高质量发展理念强调量与质的协调,追求经济、社会效益并存,而农村电商既可以促进农村经济转型升级,又可以推动社会和谐稳定发展,因此乡村特色产业高质量发展离不开数字经济的支持作用。以武威市案例为切入点,聚焦具体特色产业对农村电商赋能乡村特色产业高质量发展的过程进行剖析,以期为乡村特色产业转型升级,实现乡村振兴提供合理性的路径参考。通过案例分析,从武威市农村电商大户发展实际出发,以经济、社会生态效益作为乡村特色产业高质量发展多维视角,探究农村电商赋能乡村特色产业高质量发展的赋能情况。研究发现,农村电商能够提高农民效益水平,激励产业创新升级,提升生产管理效率,优化相关要素融入,进而赋能乡村特色产业高质量发展。论证了农村电商对经济、社会、生态三方面的作用,证明农村电商赋能乡村特色产业高质量发展作用。

The concept of high-quality development emphasizes the coordination between quantity and quality,and pursues the coexistence of economic and social benefits.Rural e-commerce can not only promote the transformation and upgrading of rural economy,but also promote the harmonious and stable development of society.Therefore,the high-quality development of rural characteristic industries cannot be separated from the supporting role of digital economy.Taking the case of Wuwei City as the entry point,the process of rural e-commerce enabling the high-quality development of rural characteristic industries was analyzed,so as to provide a reasonable path reference for the transformation and upgrading of rural characteristic industries and the realization of rural revitalization.Based on a case analysis,starting from the actual development of large rural e-commerce households in Wuwei City,taking economic and social ecological benefits as the multi-dimensional perspective of high-quality development of rural characteristic industries,and the enabling situation of high-quality development of rural characteristic industries enabled by rural e-commerce was explored.It is found that rural e-commerce can improve the benefit level of farmers,encourage industrial innovation and upgrading,improve the efficiency of production management,optimize the integration of relevant factors,and thus enable the high-quality development of rural characteristic industries.The role of rural e-commerce in economy,society and ecology is demonstrated,and the role of rural e-commerce in enabling the high-quality development of rural characteristic industries is proved.
