Cell Differentiation Retardation and Origin of Tumor Cells

长期以来肿瘤细胞的起源一直未明确阐明,细胞基因突变学说是主流学说。而细胞的分化阻滞鲜见提及,生物细胞在分化发育过程中,因环境改变或恶变,不再适合细胞分化,则可能发生细胞分化阻滞或细胞退化,细胞停止分化停留在原始状态或退化到更原始状态,阻滞或退化的细胞因处于原始状态,具有较强的繁殖能力,即分裂能力,分裂产生了大量同族细胞群,据此形成了原始克隆细胞聚合体,产生肿瘤。由此可知,肿瘤是原始细胞聚合体,与其他尚未分化或正在分化的原始细胞有共同特征,不能单列一类,更不是突变产生的另类。因此,认识到肿瘤细胞是未分化成熟的体细胞,且有可再分化性,对肿瘤治疗具有重要意义。

The origin of tumor cells has not been clarified for a long time,and the theory of cell gene mutation is the mainstream theory.However,the block of cell differentiation is rarely mentioned.Biological cells are no longer suitable for cell differentiation due to environmental changes or malignant changes in the process of differentiation and development.Cell differentiation arrest or cell degeneration may occur,where cells stop differentiating to stay in the original state or degenerate to a more primitive state.Due to the primitive state,the blocked or degraded cells have strong reproductive ability,that is,the ability to divide,and the divi⁃sion produces a large number of homologous cell populations,according to which the original clonal cell aggregates are formed,re⁃sulting in tumors.It can be seen that the tumor is an aggregation of original cells,which has common characteristics with other original cells that have not differentiated or are differentiating,and cannot be listed in a single category,let alone an alternative produced by mutation.Therefore,tumor cells are undifferentiated and mature somatic cells with redifferentiation,which is of great significance for tumor therapy.
