丁苯酞联合阿替普酶治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Butylphthalide Combined with Alteplase in the Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的:探讨丁苯酞联合阿替普酶治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年1月南通市通州区人民医院收治的98例AIS患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各49例。对照组给予低剂量阿替普酶治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予丁苯酞治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的神经功能、日常生活能力及C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。结果:治疗后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Barthel指数量表评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CRP、Hcy水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞联合阿替普酶治疗AIS患者的效果显著,能够降低CRP和Hcy水平,改善患者神经功能及日常生活能力。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of butylphthalide combined with alteplase in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods:98 patients with AIS admitted to Tongzhou District People's Hospital in Nantong City from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,each with 49 cases.The control group was given low-dose alteplase treatment,and the study group was given butylphthalide treatment on the ba⁃sis of the control group.The neurological function,daily life ability and C-reactive protein(CRP)and serum homocysteine(Hcy)levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,Scale scores of both groups according to the American National Institutes of Health Stroke were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after treatment,the Barthel Index Scale scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after treatment,the CRP and Hcy levels of both groups were lower than those After treatment,CRP and Hcy levels of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of butylphthalide combined with alteplase in the treatment of AIS patients is remark⁃able,which can reduce CRP and Hcy levels,and improve the patients'neurological function and basic living competence.
