不同清洗方法对口腔车针清洗质量的比较分析

Comparative Analysis on the Cleaning Quality in Dental Bar with Different Cleaning Methods

目的:分析不同清洗方法对口腔车针的清洗质量。方法:选取2022年5—7月昆明市妇幼保健院医院消毒供应中心待清洗的口腔车针中型号规格相同的车针1200件,根据清洗方法的不同分成手工清洗组、超声波+手工清洗组、手工清洗+超声波+机械清洗组(联合清洗组),各400件。手工清洗组采用手工清洗,超声波+手工清洗组采用超声波联合手工清洗,联合清洗组采用手工清洗、超声波清洗联合机械清洗。观察三种不同清洗方法的清洁合格率、残留物污染情况,同时向口腔科、分院口腔门诊进行随访和满意度调查。从手工清洗组和超声波+手工清洗组中随机抽取100件为对照组,从联合清洗组中随机抽取100件为观察组,比较两组满意度。结果:联合清洗组车针清洁合格率高于手工清洗组、超声波+手工清洗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合清洗组车针残留物污染率低于手工清洗组、超声波+手工清洗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。结论:采用手工、超声波联合机械清洗方法对口腔车针进行清洗,可以避免车针的损耗,是一种高效、安全的清洗方法,科室对口腔器械清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌的满意度较高。

Objective:To analyze the cleaning quality of dental bars by different cleaning methods.Methods:1,200 pieces of den⁃tal bar of the same type and specification were selected from Sterilization and Supply Center of Kunming Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital to be cleaned in from May to July 2022,and were divided into manual cleaning group,ultrasonic+manual cleaning group,and manual cleaning+ultrasonic+mechanical cleaning group(joint cleaning group),each with 400 pieces.Observe the cleaning rate and residue contamination of the three different cleaning methods,and at the same time conduct follow-up and satisfaction surveys to the dental department and the branch dental clinic.100 pieces from the manual cleaning group and ultra⁃sonic+manual cleaning were selected randomly as the control group,while another 100 pieces from the joint cleaning group as the observation group.The cleaning satisfaction in between the two groups were compared.Results:The dental bar cleaning rate of the joint cleaning group was higher than that of the manual cleaning group and the ultrasonic+manual cleaning group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the residue retention of the joint cleaning group was lower than that of the manual cleaning group and the ultrasonic+manual cleaning group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the satis⁃faction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).Conclusion:The application of manual,ultrasonic and mechanical cleaning methods for dental bar can avoid operation damage,is an efficient and safe cleaning method,and colleagues in dental department were very satisfied with the cleaning.
