游离组织瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Free Flap Reconstruction Surgery for Repairing Oral and Maxillofacial Defects

目的:探讨使用游离组织瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年10月青岛市黄岛区中心医院收治的口腔颌面部缺损患者60例作为观察对象,所有患者进行游离组织瓣修复,对其游离组织瓣类型、成活情况及受区血管、术后并发症进行统计,分析游离组织瓣成活的因素。结果:60例患者中成活58例,失败2例;术后发生血管危象1例,抢救成功;出现颈部血肿1例,供区并发症1例,所有出现并发症或其他现象的患者通过相应措施抢救成功。结论:临床上对口腔颌面部缺损患者使用游离组织瓣进行修复的效果较好,且安全性较高,在不影响修复效果的前提下,可以加快组织愈合速度,从而改善预后,提高患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficacy of free flap reconstruction surgery to repair oral and maxillofacial de⁃fects.Methods:60 patients with oral and maxillofacial defects admitted to Huangdao Central Hospital of Qingdao City from Octo⁃ber 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the observation object,and all the patients underwent free tissue flap reconstruction.the type of free flap,survival and vascularity of the affected area,and postoperative complications were statistically analyzed to investigate the survival factors for the free flap.Results:the free flaps of 58 patients in 60 had been survived and another 2 failed;one case suffered from postoperative vascular crisis,but was successfully resuscitated;1 case had cervical hematoma and another 1 case confronted with flap donor-site complication,and all patients with complications or other phenomena were successfully resuscitated by corresponding measures.Conclusion:Clinical application of free flap reconstruction for repair of oral and maxillofacial defects is effective and safe.it can accelerate tissue healing thus improving the prognosis and patient satisfaction.
