西药联合补肺汤治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期的临床效果

Effect Analysis of Conventional Treatment Combined with TCM Decoction of Bufei Decoction for Patients with Chronic Persistent Bronchial Asthma

目的:探讨西药联合补肺汤治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期的临床效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月北京市昌平区沙河医院呼吸内科收治的支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者110例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组接受内科西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以补肺汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、哮喘复发率。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0051);观察组胸闷、气喘、咳嗽及哮鸣音中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组哮喘复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:支气管哮喘慢性持续期治疗采用西药联合补肺汤疗效显著,改善肺功能的同时可缓解身体不适症状,减少哮喘复发率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of conventional western medicine treatment combined with Bufei Decoction in management of chronic persistent stage of bronchial asthma.Methods:110 patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma admit⁃ted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Shahe Hospital,Changping District,Beijing,China,from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table,with 55 cases each.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Bufei Decoction the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,Chi⁃nese medicine symptom score and asthma recurrence rate.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0051);the Chinese medicine Syndrome Scores of chest tightness,shortness of breath,cough and rales of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the recurrence rate of asthma of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of chronic persistent bronchi⁃al asthma applying western medicine combined with Bufei Decoction has significant efficacy,improving lung function while reliev⁃ing discomfort and reducing the recurrence rate of asthma.
