中医特色护理干预对肛瘘术后疼痛的疗效

Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Specialized Nursing Intervention for Postoperative Pain after Anal Fis⁃tula Surgery

目的:探讨中医特色护理干预对肛瘘术后疼痛的疗效。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年12月北京市肛肠医院收治的肛肠外科肛瘘患者100例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用中医特色护理干预。比较两组患者护理后镇痛效果、术后护理配合度及术后住院时间。结果:观察组镇痛效果总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组术后护理配合度评分、术后住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医特色护理干预可缓解肛瘘术后疼痛,提高患者配合度,缩短住院时间。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of TCM specialized Nursing intervention for postoperative pain after anal fistula sur⁃gery.Methods:100 cases of anal intestinal surgery admitted to Beijing Anal and Intestinal Hospital from January 2019 to Decem⁃ber 2020 were selected as the study object,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which was 50 cases.The control group used conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group used TCM characteristic nursing intervention.Compare the analgesic effect,postoperative nursing coopera⁃tion and postoperative hospitalization time of the two groups of patients after nursing.Results:The total rate of anti-pain in obser⁃vation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);the scores of post⁃operative nursing cooperation and postoperative hospital stay duration of the observation group were better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in⁃tervention can alleviate postoperative pain of anal fistula,improve patients'cooperation and reduce hospitalization time.
