康复护理联合针灸理疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果

Study of Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Acupuncture and Physiotherapy in Patients with Lumbar Disc Her⁃niation

目的:分析康复护理联合针灸理疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年8月山东省临清市人民医院腰椎间盘突出症患者122例为研究对象,随机分为对比组和试验组,各61例。对比组采用常规护理干预,试验组采用康复护理联合针灸理疗干预。比较两组临床疗效、腰椎前屈活动度、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、住院时长、血清炎性因子水平。结果:试验组总有效率高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012);试验组腰椎前屈活动度、睡眠时间优于对比组,VAS、ODI评分低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组白细胞介素(IL)-10高于对比组,IL-1、IL-6、高敏C反应蛋白均低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。结论:康复护理联合针灸理疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗干预效果显著,能够改善患者腰椎前屈活动度、睡眠质量及血清炎性因子水平,减轻疼痛,安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of nursing care combined with acupuncture physiotherapy in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:122 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in Linqing People's Hospi⁃tal of Shandong Province were selected as the study object from August 2021 to August 2022,and were randomly divided into the comparison group and the experimental group,each with 61 cases.The comparison group was applied by conventional nursing care,and the experimental group given with rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture and physiotherapy.The clinical ef⁃ficacy,lumbar anterior flexion mobility,visual analog scale(VAS)score,Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI),length of hospitaliza⁃tion time,and serum inflammatory factor level were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the ex⁃perimental group was higher than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012);the lum⁃bar forward flexion mobility and sleep time of the experimental group were better than that of the comparison group,and the VAS and ODI scores were lower than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the interleu⁃kin(IL)-10 in the experimental group was higher than that of the comparison group,and the IL-1,IL-6,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were lower than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the inci⁃dence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture and physiotherapy in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is remarkable,and it can improve patients'lumbar anterior flexion sleeping quality,and serum IL levels.
