肥胖症患者糖脂代谢指标与脾虚证评分的相关性

Correlation Study between Glycemic and Lipid Metabolism Indexes and TCM Spleen Deficiency Syndrome Scores in Obese Patients

目的:分析肥胖症患者糖脂代谢相关指标与脾虚证评分的相关性。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年12月在上海中医药大学附属龙华医院中医内科门诊及济南市第四人民医院就诊符合超重及肥胖的500例患者为研究对象。分析脾虚证评分与肥胖患者的血糖、血脂指标的相关性。结果:脾虚证评分与肥胖患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。通过多元线性逐步回归分析结果表明,TC、LDL-C、FBG、FINS水平是脾虚证评分的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论:在肥胖症患者中,血糖、血脂指标与脾虚证有一定相关性。

Objective:To analyze the correlation between glycemic and lipid metabolism-related indexes and spleen deficiency syndrome scores according to TCM in obese patients.Methods:500 patients who attended the outpatient clinic of the Department of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Longhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Fourth People's Hospital of Jinan City,China,from January 2019 to December 2020,who were eligible for over⁃weight and obesity,were selected as the study subjects.We analyzed the correlation between spleen deficiency score according to TCM and blood glucose and blood lipid indexes of obese patients.Results:Spleen deficiency syndrome scaled scores were posi⁃tively correlated with serum total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fasting blood glucose(FBG),and fasting insulin(FINS)levels of obese patients(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the levels of TC,LDL-C,FBG,and FINS were independent factors for the spleen deficiency scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with obesity,blood glucose and lipid indexes are correlated with spleen deficiency syndrome.
