持续性院外护理监控对提升早产儿家庭幸福感的研究

Study on the Improvement of Family Happiness of Premature Infants through Continuous Out-of-hospital NursingMonitoring

目的:研究持续性院外护理监控在早产儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年9月中国科学院大学深圳医院收治的早产儿60例为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组(采用常规护理)与干预组(采用持续性院外护理监控),各30例。比较两组早产儿家长护理掌握评分、早产儿体格发育指标、家长的家庭幸福感。结果:护理后,两组早产儿家长护理知识、护理技能评分及总分均升高,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);1、2、3月龄时,干预组早产儿身长、头围、体重水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组早产儿家长的家庭幸福感评分高于护理前,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:持续性院外护理监控应用于早产儿护理中的效果显著,能提升早产儿家长的护理能力,促进早产儿体格发育,提升家长的家庭幸福感。

Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous out-of-hospital monitoring management in preterm infants.Methods:60 cases of preterm infants admitted to Shenzhen hospital of Chinese Academy of Sciences from July 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group(using routine care)and an intervention group(using continuous out-of-hospital care monitoring)according to randomized numerical table method,each with 30 cases.The nursing knowledge of parents of preterm infants,physical development indicators of preterm infants,and parents'family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing care the nursing knowledge and nursing skill scaled scores and total scores of parents of preterm infants in both groups were elevated,and the intervention group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001);at 1,2,and 3 months of babies in the intervention group had longer body lengths,head circumferences,and heavier weights than those in the control group,with statistically significant differ⁃ences(P<0.05);after nursing care the family satisfaction scores of parents of preterm infants in both groups were higher than those before nursing care,and the intervention group was higher than that of the control group.Before the nursing care and the interven⁃tion group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The effect of con⁃tinuous out-of-hospital monitoring management in preterm infants is remarkable,which can improve the nursing ability of parents of preterm infants;promote the physical development of preterm infants.
