优质护理在上消化道出血急救患者中的应用效果

The Effect of Quality Nursing Care in Emergency Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal |Bleeding

目的:分析优质护理在上消化道出血急救患者中的临床效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年8月黔南布依族苗族自治州人民医院收治的60例上消化道出血患者为研究对象,入院后以电脑随机法分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组给予优质护理干预。比较两组护理满意度、出血控制情况、负面情绪、生活质量、睡眠质量。结果:试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023);试验组出血量少于对照组,出血时间短于对照组,再出血率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,试验组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组躯体健康、社会功能、心理健康、角色功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,两组匹兹堡睡眠质量评估量表评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:优质护理在上消化道出血急救患者中的临床效果显著,不仅能够控制其出血情况,降低再出血率,还可缓解患者的负面情绪,提升其生活质量和睡眠质量,患者满意度较高。

Objective:To analyze the nursing effet of quality nursing care in emergency patients with upper gastrointestinal bleed-ing.Methods:60 patients with upper gstrointestinal bleeding admitted to the People's Hospital of Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autono-mous Prefecture from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to computerized randomization method after admission,each with 30 cases.The control group was given routine nusing intervention,and the experimental group was given quaity nursing intervention.The two groups were com-pared in terms of nursing satisfaction,bleeding control,negative emotions,quality of life,and quality of sleep.Resuls:The nurs-ing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the diference was stistically signifcant(P=0.023);the bleeding volume of the experimental group was less than that of the control group,the bleeding time was shorter than that of the control group,and the rebleeding rate was lower than that of the control group,and the dfference was staistially significant(P<0.05);after the nursing care,the scores of the self asessment scale for anxiety and depression in the experimental group were low-er than that of the control group.and the diference was satistically signifcant(P<0.001);The scores of somatic health,social function-ing,mental health,and role functioning of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the diference was staistically significant(P<0.001);after nursing Pitburgh Sleep Quality index was reduced in both groups,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the diference was staistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The ffect of quality nursing in emergeney patients with upper gatrintestinal bleeding is remarkable,which can not only control their bleeding and reduce the rate of rbleeding.but also aleriate the negative emotions of the patients,improve their quaity of life and quality of seep.
