摘要
目的:研究多层螺旋CT与磁共振成像(MRI)增强扫描诊断脑膜瘤的价值。方法:选取2016年6月—2021年6月前海人寿广西医院收治的脑膜瘤患者40例作为研究对象,另选取医院同期健康人群40例作为对照组。两组患者均进行多层螺旋CT与MRI增强扫描检查。观察脑膜瘤组临床诊断结果、颅脑MRI影像学表现,两种诊断方式准确率,并采取CT血管造影观察两组颈动脉血流情况。结果:40例脑膜瘤患者经手术病理检查,结果均为单发性肿瘤;病灶位置:大脑凸面16例,颅后窝9例,蝶骨嵴7例,大脑镰旁7例,侧脑室1例。MRI增强扫描诊断准确率高于多层螺旋CT,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003);脑膜瘤组动脉内径、峰值流速低于对照组,阻力指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MRI增强扫描诊断脑膜瘤的应用价值较高,平扫与增强扫描结合,能够明确患者病灶位置,了解病灶特征,检出率、准确率较高,但CT能够结合动脉血流情况判断疾病,两者均可为治疗提供重要指导。
Objective:To study the value of multi-slice helical CT with MRI enhanced scanning in diagnosing meningioma.Meth⁃ods:40 cases of meningioma patients admitted to Qianhai Life Guangxi Hospital from June 2016 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and another 40 cases of healthy participants in the same period in the hospital were selected as the control group.Both groups of participants were examined by multi-slice CT and also enhanced MRI scanning.The pathological diagnose of the meningioma group,and cranial MRI imaging performance were recorded.the accuracy rate of the two diagnostic scanning methods.CT angiography for carotid artery blood flow were performed in the two groups.Results:The diagnose of meningioma in those 40 pa⁃tients were confirmed pathologically after the neurosurgery.the lesion locations were respectively:16 cases of cerebral convexity,9 cases of posterior cranial fossa,7 cases of pterygoid crest,7 cases of parafoveal cerebral sickle,and 1 case of lateral ventricle.the diagnostic accuracy rate of MRI enhanced scanning was higher than that of multilayer helical CT,and the difference was statistical⁃ly significant(P=0.003);the internal diameter of artery and peak flow velocity of meningioma group was lower than that of the con⁃trol group,and resistance index was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI enhanced scan⁃ning is of high value in the diagnosis of meningioma,and the combination of plain scanning and enhanced scanning can clarify the location of the lesion and understand the characteristics of the lesion,and the detection rate and accuracy are high,but CT can com⁃bine with the arterial blood flow to determine the disease,and both of them can provide an important guide for treatment.
