摘要
本文主要介绍基于PROE蔽障无碳小车机械本体的设计方法。作品的设计做到有创新性思维;设计过程中考虑到耗材、工具、制造方法等因素。在设计过程中,参考了创新性设计,参数化设计,系统性设计,计算机辅助设计等最前沿设计理论方法,最终定位:选择采用PROE等计算机软件辅助设计。通过每一阶段的深入分析、层层把关,并利用PROE软件模拟三维视图,增加方案的可行性。经过综合考虑,最终把无碳小车的设计分为三阶段:方案的制定、技术指标、基于PROE的三维模型设计等。
This paper mainly introduces the design method of mechanical body of carbon free car based on PROE.The design of the work should be innovative;The design process takes into account consumables,tools and other factors.Some advanced design theories such as parametric design,innovative design and system design are referred to.PROE and other software were used to assist the design.The design of carbon-free car can be divided into three parts:scheme setting,technical indicators,three-dimensional model design based on PROE,etc.Through in-depth analysis of each stage,layers of checks,and the use of PROE software to simulate three-dimensional view,increase the feasibility of the scheme.
