摘要
为准确评估四冲程电力机车柴油机在安装时曲轴挂重的静态特性,结合Creo 3D软件和ANSYS软件对电力机车柴油机曲轴、连杆、活塞等部件进行三维实体建模,利用Workbench完成静力学分析。挂重结构强度评估是综合考虑曲轴结构特点,对其进行受力、变形分析,为柴油机性能提升、安全性提高提供保证。
In order to accurately evaluate the static characteristics of crankshaft loading of four-stroke electric locomotive diesel engine during installation,three-dimensional solid modeling of crankshaft,connecting rod,piston and other components of electric locomotive diesel engine was carried out by combining Creo 3D software and ANSYS software,and statics analysis was completed by Workbench.The strength evaluation of the hanging structure is to comprehensively consider the characteristics of the crankshaft structure and analyze its force and deformation,so as to provide a guarantee for improving the performance and safety of the diesel engine.
