摘要
本文在对大型曲轴的铸件进行结构与性能分析的基础上设计出了铸造工艺。特别是针对大型铸件在铸造过程中型砂以及粘接剂方面容易出现的问题进行了深入分析,明确了铸造过程中对它们的性能与要求。同时,从大型曲轴铸造技术的现状和水平出发,对其结构情况进行分析,综合考虑铸造生产过程中的可行性和工艺性,设计出了曲轴的铸造工艺,然后将铸造工艺用于中试生产,结果表面铸造工艺完全能够生产出铸件产品,产品质量满足使用要求,工艺设计合理。
This article designs a casting process based on the analysis of the structure and performance of large crankshaft castings.In particular,in-depth analysis was conducted on the problems that are prone to occur in the molding sand and adhesive aspects of large castings during the casting process,clarifying the performance and requirements for them during the casting process.At the same time,starting from the current status and level of large-scale crankshaft casting technology,the structural situation was analyzed,and the feasibility and processability of the casting production process were comprehensively considered.A casting process for the crankshaft was designed,and then the casting process was used in pilot production.The results showed that the surface casting technology was fully capable of producing casting products,and the product quality met the usage requirements.The process design was reasonable.
