CVT油温传感器故障诊断及处理策略研究

摘要 提高CVT油温传感器的故障诊断率对增强驾驶体验与安全至关重要。针对油温传感器故障诊断问题,利用信号比较设定法,设计出一套应用于油温传感器油温异常尤其是油温异常跳变的诊断系统,包括故障诊断流程设计、故障类型识别、信号处理措施。验证结果表明该方法能准确识别油温信号异常跳变,且信号处理措施安全有效,提高了油温传感器故障诊断率。 It is crucial for the safety and driving experience to improve the failure diagnosis rate of CVT oil temperature sensor.For the fault diagnosis of oil temperature sensor,a diagnostic system for abnormal signals of oil temperature sensor,especially abnormal jump signals,is designed using the signal comparison setting method.This system includes the design of fault diagnosis process,identification of type fault and signal treatment measure.The verification results show that this system can accurately identify the abnormal jump failure of oil temperature signal,the signal treatment measures are safe and effective,and improves the failure recognition rate of oil temperature sensor.
