摘要
汽车制动作为汽车主动安全性的手段之一,将有效提高道路交通安全性,降低经济损失。本文从介绍了线控制动的组成,包括电液制动EHB和电子机械制动EMB,并详细解说EMB的系统框图。针对EMB制动,从目前常见的EMB算法制动压力的控制算法、制动压力的精确估计、临界点的识别等方面对EMB算法进行介绍,并对未来线控制动方向进行展望。
As one of the means of active safety in automobiles,automotive braking will effectively improve road traffic safety and reduce economic losses.The paper starts from introducing the components of the linear control action,including electro-hydraulic brake(EHB)and electro-mechanical brake(EMB),and explain in detail the system block diagram of EMB.For EMB braking,from the current common EMB algorithm control algorithm for braking pressure,the accurate estimation of braking pressure,the identification of critical points,etc.,in the end introduces the EMB algorithm for the future line control actuation direction.
