Research On Powder Coating In Rail Transit Painting Interiors

本文基于国家涂装行业低TVOC排放要求和轨道交通内装产品涂装的技术要求,从产品基材、前处理工艺、涂层结构设计、粉末涂料的性能、运用经济性以及施工工艺等方面进行研究论证,评估粉末涂料喷涂工艺在轨道交通内饰的应用可行性,提出粉末涂料喷涂的应用难点、改进建议、从而推广粉末涂料在轨道交通内饰产品的运用,达到降低产品涂装过程的TVOC排放和企业降低涂装成本的要求。
