摘要
在政府政策支持下,新能源矿卡市场份额逐渐上升,且技术路线较多,本文基于仿真评估、实际调研矿卡运营情况,对不同技术路线的选型方法进行了研究。首先,从整车油耗、出勤率、驾驶员工资、保养费用等维度分析各路线的运输成本。其次,从发动机、变速箱、电机、电机控制器、电池等方面分析新增成本及回收周期;最后,结合矿卡生命周期内客户收益综合分析路线优劣。研究结果表明,甲醇增程矿卡是目前节能减排措施的最佳方案,而无人矿卡是露天矿山节能减排的理想解决方案和中长期路线。
Under the support of national and local government policies,the market share of new energy mining cards has gradually increased,and there are many technical routes.Based on simulation evaluation and actual investigation of mining truck operation,this paper establishes the selection method of different technical routes.Firstly,the transportation cost of each route is analyzed from the perspectives of vehicle fuel consumption,attendance rate,driver salary and maintenance cost.Secondly,from the engine,transmission,motor,motor controller,battery and other aspects of the analysis of new costs and recovery cycle;Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the route are analyzed comprehensively according to the customer income in the life cycle of the mining truck.To sum up,methanol extended range mining truck is the best solution of energy saving and emission reduction measures at present,while unmanned mining truck is the ideal solution and medium-and long-term route of energy saving and emission reduction in open-pit mines.
