基于模糊综合层次分析法的城镇排水管道状况定量评估 被引量:1

摘要 针对人工评估城镇排水管道缺陷的准确性和实效性有一定局限,综合运用模糊层次分析法和专家决策法进行自动评估,模糊层次分析法通过构造多级模型,减少了评估的运算量,避免了层次分析法中人的主观性对评价结果的影响;专家决策法充分体现了技术规程与专家意见的结合,使结果更加准确。用层次分析法将各评价因素分为4层评价体系,并计算指标权重;用模糊综合评价方法逐层计算评价矩阵,最后根据最大隶属度原则对管道缺陷等级进行定量评价并将结果与人工评价结果对比。选取桂林市某道路地下污水管道作为研究对象,对管道状态进行总体性评价,实验结果与城镇排水管道检测公司出具的健康评估报告结果一致。 Urban drainage pipeline defect evaluation defines 16 types of defects,with 4 severity levels.The evaluation process is complicated and requires professionals to judge based on experience.The accuracy and effectiveness of the evaluation have certain limit.Automatic evaluation is carried out by comprehensive fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and expert decision-making method.FAHP reduces the amount of evaluation calculations by constructing multi-level models and avoids the influence of human subjectivity in the analytic hierarchy process on the evaluation results.Expert decision-making method fully embodies the combination of technical regulations and expert opinions,making the results more accurate.The AHP is used to divide each evaluation factor into a four-tier evaluation system,and the index weights are calculated.The evaluation matrix is calculated layer by layer with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the pipeline defect level is quantitatively evaluated according to the principle of maximum membership.An underground sewage pipeline in Guilin was selected as the research object,and the overall state of the pipeline was evaluated.The results of the experiment were consistent with the results of the health assessment report issued by the urban drainage pipeline inspection company.In this study,a multi-level model was constructed based on the analytic hierarchy process to optimize the accuracy of the results.
