摘要
英国学位学徒制经过一定的发展,形成了高端复合的人才培养目标、精准细化的人才培养标准、协调完备的人才培养制度、注重实践的人才培养课程、工学一体的人才培养方式及系统科学的人才评价体系等特征。我国职业本科教育人才培养存在培养目标定位模糊、培养标准体系缺失、培养制度供给滞后、培养课程偏离实践、培养方式行为失真及评价体系规范不足的困境。英国学位学徒制对我国职业本科教育人才培养的启示有:遵循实践逻辑,明确培养目标;重视质量引领,改进培养标准;完善制度设计,协同培养制度;依照系统原则,优化培养课程;深化知行合一,确立人才培养的方法导向;突出能力维度,构建科学规范的评价体系。
The degree apprenticeship system in the UK has undergone certain development,forming characteristics such as high-end and composite talent cultivation goals,precise and refined talent cultivation standards,coordinated and complete talent cultivation systems,practical talent cultivation courses,integrated working and learning talent cultivation methods,and a systematic and scientific talent evaluation system.There are difficulties in the training of vocational undergraduate education talents in China,such as vague positioning of training objectives,lack of training standard system,lagging supply of training systems,deviation from practice in training courses,distorted training methods and behaviors,and insufficient standardization of evaluation systems.The enlightenment of the degree apprenticeship system in the UK on talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate education in China includes:following practical logic and clarifying training objectives;emphasize quality leadership and improve training standards;improve institutional design and collaborate on training systems;optimize training courses according to systematic principles;deepen the unity of knowledge and action,establish a methodological orientation for talent cultivation;highlight the competency dimension and build a scientific and standardized talent evaluation system.
