新职业主义视域下英国职业教育质量评价指标体系的特点与启示

摘要 为了应对后工业时代社会生产的新变化,20世纪70年代,英国的教育学者提出了新职业主义思想,之后在西方各国开始盛行。新职业主义视域下的英国职业教育评价观提倡促进学生的全面发展、促进学校改进教育质量、促进社会的教育公平。在其影响下,英国教育标准局不断革新职业教育评价指标体系,即评价理念聚焦以学生为中心、评价主体重视企业雇主、评价标准对接职业能力标准、评价内容关注课程质量。借鉴英国的经验,我国在构建职业教育质量评价指标时应树立以学生为中心的评价理念,确立以企业为主的评价主体,制定以职业为导向的评价标准,开发凸显课程质量的评价内容。 In response to the new changes in social production in the post industrial era,British educational scholars proposed the idea of new professionalism in the 1970s,which later became popular in western countries.The evaluation concept of vocational education in the UK from the perspective of new professionalism advocates promoting the comprehensive development of students,improving the quality of education in schools,and promoting social equity in education.Under its influence,the UK Education Standards Agency has continuously innovated the vocational education evaluation index system,focusing on student-centered evaluation concepts,valuing corporate employers as evaluation subjects,aligning evaluation standards with vocational competence standards,and focusing on curriculum quality in evaluation content.Drawing on the experience of the UK,China should establish a studentcentered evaluation concept when constructing quality evaluation indicators for vocational education,establish a student-centered evaluation body,develop career oriented evaluation standards,and develop evaluation content that highlights curriculum quality.
