职业院校实施信息化教学的影响因素及路径探析——基于SWOT分析法

摘要 职业教育信息化是职业教育现代化的实施路径与必然选择,需采用SWOT分析法对职业院校实施信息化教学进行深入分析。职业院校实施信息化教学既具备信息化教学理念与人才培养目标相契合、信息化教学手段与校企合作相辅相成、凸显学生主体性的优势;也有学生自主学习能力不强、教师信息化素养不足、信息化教学团队建设有待加强的劣势;既面临国家政策层面的高度支持、信息技术发展的机遇;也面对信息化教学资源市场缺乏有效监管、各地区信息化教学水平存在一定差异的威胁。全面把握职业院校信息化教学实施现状并对其发展趋势加以综合考虑,以此为基础构建SWOT分析矩阵,形成SO、ST、WO、WT战略,并制定相应的行动计划,以达到发扬优势、克服劣势、抓住机遇、应对威胁的战略效果,打造彰显职业教育特色的信息化教学平台高地。 Vocational education informatization is the implementation path and inevitable choice of vocational education modernization.SWOT analysis method is used to conduct in-depth analysis on the implementation of informatization teaching in vocational colleges.The implementation of information technology teaching in vocational colleges has the advantages of aligning the concept of information technology teaching with talent cultivation goals,complementing information technology teaching methods with school enterprise cooperation,and highlighting students'subjectivity;there are also disadvantages such as students'weak self-learning ability,teachers'insufficient information literacy,and the need to strengthen the construction of information teaching teams;The implementation of information technology teaching in vocational colleges face high support from national policies and opportunities for information technology development;it also face the threat of a lack of effective supervision in the information technology teaching resource market and certain differences in the level of information technology teaching among different regions.Based on comprehensively grasp the current situation of information technology implementation in vocational colleges and comprehensively consider its development trend,this paper construct a SWOT analysis matrix,form SO,ST,WO,WT strategies,and formulate corresponding action plans to achieve the strategic effect of promoting advantages,overcoming disadvantages,seizing opportunities,and responding to threats,and create information technology teaching that highlights the characteristics of vocational education.
