摘要
通过对上海5所高职院校的214名专业课教师开展在线调查,系统梳理了教师关于课程思政的态度和理解,以及在课程调整、教学方式、团队协作与培训等方面的总体状况,发现存在教师对课程思政内涵理解差别较大、面临教学设计与评价困境、与思政团队协作机制不健全、专项培训有待完善、评价激励机制相对滞后等问题。建议通过加强教师专项培训、推进资源共建共享、优化教研协作机制、完善评价激励制度等方式提高专业课教师课程思政能力,推进高职院校课程思政育人。
Through an online survey of 214 professional course teachers from five higher vocational colleges in Shanghai,the attitudes and understanding of teachers towards curriculum ideology and politics,as well as their overall situation in curriculum adjustment,teaching methods,team collaboration and training,were systematically sorted out.At the same time,it was found that there were significant differences in teachers'understanding of the connotation of curriculum ideology and politics,difficulties in teaching design and evaluation,inadequate collaboration mechanisms with ideological and political teams,and the need for improvement in specialized training issues such as relatively lagging evaluation incentive mechanisms.It is recommended to enhance the ideological and political abilities of professional course teachers through strengthening teacher specialized training,promoting resource co-construction and sharing,optimizing teaching and research cooperation mechanisms,and improving evaluation and incentive systems,in order to promote ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
