高职院校学生职业教育认同的现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Vocational Education Identity among Vocational College Students

摘要 基于扎根理论,运用质性研究方法对19名职业院校的学生进行半结构化访谈发现,国家政策是触发学生对职业教育认同的认识条件,社会环境为学生接受职业教育提供外在平台支持与环境条件,教育资源是学生接受职业教育的工具条件,而学习效能则是职业教育认同的直接影响因素。因此,国家、企业、学校三方要协同助力职业教育育人功能,完善学历教育与培训并重的现代职业教育体系,积极推进企业深度参与学校的人才培养和学生职业能力的提升计划,学校要及时调整专业布局,培养学生跨知识、跨能力、跨岗位的职业行动能力,彰显高职院校的社会服务功能。 Based on grounded theory and qualitative research methods,a semi-structured interview was conducted on 19 students from vocational colleges.It was found that national policies trigger students'recognition of vocational education,social environment provides external platform support and environmental conditions for students to receive vocational education,educational resources are tool conditions for students to receive vocational education,and learning efficiency is a direct influencing factor for vocational education recognition.Therefore,the state,enterprises,and schools should collaborate to assist in the education function of vocational education,improve the modern vocational education system that places equal emphasis on academic education and training,actively promote the deep participation of enterprises in the talent cultivation of schools and the improvement of students'professional abilities,adjust the profession layout timely,cultivate students'cross knowledge,cross ability,and cross job professional action abilities,and demonstrate the social service function of vocational college students.
