养护方式对夏季大体积混凝土施工温度场的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 分析养护方式对大体积混凝土温度场的影响对其施工质量控制是有益的.结合某炎热天气条件下施工的2 m厚筏板基础工程案例,采用MIDAS-FEA软件分析其上表面分别在自然洒水养护、不同蓄水深度、薄膜+麻袋湿水覆盖等不同对流边界条件下基础内部不同高度处的温度时程规律.结果表明,养护方式对基础上表面温度影响较大,对中心区域温度有一定的影响,对下部区域影响不大.养护方式对中、上里表温差影响明显:薄膜+麻袋湿水覆盖工况下温差最小,自然洒水养护工况下温差最大,蓄水深度对温差呈正向影响;养护方式对中、下里表温差影响不大. Curing Mode has great influence on the construction quality of mass concrete.Based on a 2 m thick raft foundation project under hot weather conditions,MIDAS-FEA software was used to analyze the temperature and time history of the upper surface of the foundation at different heights under different convection boundary conditions,such as natural spraying water conservation,different water storage depths(4cm,8cm,12cm),and film+sack wet water coverage,etc.The results show that curing mode has a certain influence on the temperature of the central region,and has little influence on the lower region.By further analyzing the temperature difference between different regions of the raft foundation,the result shows that curing mode has a great influence on the temperature difference between the middle and upper inner surfaces,and this difference is the smallest under the condition of“film+sack”wet water coverage,but it is the largest under the condition of natural watering and curing,and the water storage depth also has a positive effect on the temperature difference.However,curing mode has little effect on the temperature difference between the middle and the lower regions.
