摘要
设计首先以PLC为控制核心,包括了传感器、水泵、电机和电路等部分.然后根据土壤的湿度来控制电机和蓄水池的液位来控制水泵,形成水流从水库到水泵,水泵到蓄水池,蓄水池到电机.最后流向田地的自动灌溉过程.用组态王对系统进行模拟动画,验证了设计的可行性.
This design is an automatic irrigation control system for farmland with PLC as the control core,including sensors,pumps,motors and circuit design and other major parts.It realizes the control of the motor according to the soil moisture and the control of the pump according to the water level of the reservoir,forming the irrigation process from the reservoir to the pump,from the pump to the reservoir,from the reservoir to the motor,and finally to the field.The feasibility of the design is verified by using Kingview to simulate the system.
