摘要
介绍铁路客车水性涂料的技术标准和工艺流程,详细说明水性涂料在施工过程中的工艺控制要点,对比分析溶剂型涂料与水性涂料的VOCs排放量。结果表明,在做好施工工艺控制的情况下,水性涂料的外观和性能够满足铁路客车的标准要求,且应用水性涂料比溶剂型涂料可减少82%的VOCs产生量。水性涂料可以在铁路客车上推广应用。
The technical standards and coating process of waterborne coatings for passenger train are introduced.The process control points of waterborne coatings in the construction process are described in detail.The VOCs emissions of solvent-based coatings and waterborne coatings are compared and analyzed.The results show that the appearance and performance of waterborne coatings can meet the standard requirements of passenger train under the condition of good construction process control.The application of waterborne coatings can reduce VOCs emissions by 82%compared to solvent-based coatings.The waterborne coatings can be further used in passenger trains.
