The application of waterborne intercoat-free coating process in commercial vehicle is discussed,and the orange peel defect of topcoat and its reason analysis and control method are described.The parameters of white car body,electrodepostion coating,topcoat and and spraying process are verified.The reasons of orange peel are summarized and the according control methods are proposed.These measures are useful for further application of waterborne intercoat-free coating process in commercial vehicle.
