摘要
目前国内老的涂装生产线大多采用溶剂型中涂和色漆,无法满足新的环保要求。鉴于新建涂装生产线的大幅投入,将传统溶剂型生产线改为VOC排放量约为溶剂型1/3的水性生产线成为目前改造的有效应对方案及解决措施,同时根据新工艺、新材料对工艺流程、布局规划、陈旧设备进行系统升级改造,利旧翻新达到既减少投资又满足环保要求。本文对水性化改造的工艺方案选择、涉及到的改造内容、改造方案进行了分析和阐述。
Currently most of automobile paint shops that have already been built up use solvent-based primer and basecoat material,which can’t meet new environmental requirements.Due to the huge investment for constructing a new paint shop,the transformation of traditional solvent-based paint shop to waterborne paint shop which might reduce 2/3 VOCs emission is an effective solution and better choice.Meanwhile,the systematic transformation and update of production flow,layout and equipment based on new process and material can reduce investment and also meet environmental requirement.The technological selection and equipment modification for waterborne coating process is introduced.
