PVC胶密封工艺对整车制造来说是很关键的工艺,不仅仅影响腐蚀性和气密性,还会产生漏水缺陷。本研究从多方面阐述了PVC胶密封工艺对漏水缺陷的预防与控制,如漏水密封工艺设计及优化、喷涂稳定性、工艺手册制定及人员标准化操作管理等,有利于整车涂装质量的提升。

PVC sealing process is important for vehicle manufacturing,which not only affects corrosion and air tightness,but also leads to water leakage defects.This paper describes the prevention and control of water leakage defects by PVC sealing process from several aspects such as design and optimization of water leakage sealing process,stability of spraying,preparation of process manual and standardized operation management of personnel.
