保护膜用耐高温型聚氨酯压敏胶的制备及其应用

摘要 以异佛尔二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚改性有机硅二元醇(AFCONA-3285)、聚己二酸-1,6-己二醇酯二醇(相对分子质量2000)、聚己内酯三元醇(相对分子质量2000)为单体,以辛酸亚锡为催化剂,合成了一种羟基封端的聚氨酯预聚体RG-6(A组分);以异氰酸酯多聚体为固化剂(B组分),JL-WT1为抗静电剂,制成了一种耐高温型双组分聚氨酯压敏胶。通过凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)测定RG-6的相对分子质量,FT-IR对RG-6进行了结构表征。主要讨论了聚氨酯预聚体中不同的AFCONA-3285的用量、聚己二酸-1,6-己二醇酯二醇和聚己内酯三元醇不同的物质的量比、胶黏剂的不同的固化温度、二月桂酸二丁基锡用量和抗静电剂的用量等对耐高温型双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂的影响。结果表明,当AFCONA-3285的用量为1.2%、聚己二酸-1,6-己二醇酯二醇和聚己内酯三元醇的物质的量比为0.7∶1、固化温度为125℃、二月桂酸二丁基锡(T-12)用量为0.09%、抗静电剂用量为1.1%时,耐高温型聚氨酯胶黏剂的综合性能最优。 A hydroxy-terminated polyurethane prepolymer RG-6(Part A)was synthesized by using isophoric diisocyanate(IPDI),polyether modified silicone diol(AFCONA-3285),poly 1,6-hexadiol ester diol(molecular weight 2000)and polycaprolactone terephol(molecular weight 2000)as monomers in additon to stannous caprylate as catalysts.A high temperature resistant two-component polyurethane pressure sensitive adhesive was prepared by using isocyanate polymers as curing agent(Part B)and JL-WT1 as antistatic agent.The molecular weight of RG-6 was determined by gel permeation chromatography(GPC),and the structure of the RG-6 was characterized using infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The effects of different dosage of AFCONA-3285 in polyurethane prepolymers,different molar ratios of poly1,6-hexadiol ester diol and polycaprolactone ternary alcohols,different curing temperatures of adhesives,dosage of dibutyltin dilaurate and different dosage of antistatic agents on high temperature resistant two-component polyurethane adhesives were discussed.The results showed that the comprehensive performance of high temperature resistant polyurethane adhesive was the best when the dosage of AFCONA-3285 was 1.2%,the molar ratio of polyhexadipate-1,6-hexadiol ester diol and polycaprolactone terol was 0.7∶1,the curing temperature was 125℃,the dosage of dibutyltin dilaurate(T-12)was 0.09%,and the dosage of antistatic agent was 1.1%.
