中医药国际科技创新交流与合作的障碍与路径研究

Research on barriers and paths of international exchanges and cooperation of scientific and technological innovation of traditional Chinese medicine

基于中医药科技创新的内涵与特征,分析中医药科技创新对中医药国际交流的作用及意义,梳理出当前中医药国际科技创新交流合作存在文化阻隔的认知障碍、标准缺失的准入障碍和机制失范的质量障碍,它们影响了中医药国际交流合作的质量与效率。提出通过打造文化矩阵、强化标准建设、建立协调机制以助力中医药国际科技创新交流,拓宽中医药国际科技创新合作渠道等针对性策略,为中医药国际交流合作提供稳定的内生动力。

Based on the connotation and characteristics of scientific and technological innovation of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper analyzes the role and significance of scientific and technological innovation of traditional Chinese medicine in international exchanges.The current exchanges and cooperation of international scientific and technological innovation of traditional Chinese medicine are faced with cognitive barriers due to cultural barriers,access barriers due to lack of standards,and quality barriers due to unregulated mechanism,which affect the quality and efficiency of international exchanges and cooperation of traditional Chinese medicine.It is proposed that targeted strategies such as creating a cultural matrix,strengthening the construction of standards,establishing a coordination mechanism to help exchange of international scientific and technological innovation of traditional Chinese medicine,and broadening the channels of cooperation in international scientific and technological innovation of traditional Chinese medicine can provide a stable internal driving force for international exchanges and cooperation of traditional Chinese medicine.
