云南省妇幼保健机构等级评审现状分析

Analysis of the status quo of rating of maternal and child health care institutions in Yunnan Province

[目的]了解云南省妇幼保健机构等级评审现状,总结工作经验,分析存在问题,为持续加强和改进评审工作提供依据。[方法]采用文献复习法比较分析国家妇幼保健机构等级评审标准细则与省级能力标准评审细则异同,对云南省妇幼保健机构评审信息数据进行统计描述分析。[结果]云南省146所妇幼保健机构中有136所(93.15%)已定级。通过等级评审或能力达标评审的省、州(市)、县(市、区)级妇幼保健机构分别是1所(100.00%)、10所(62.50%)和94所(72.87%);其中,三级甲等9所(6.19%)、三级乙等2所(1.37%),二级甲等50所(34.25%)、二级乙等6所(4.11%),能力达标38所(26.03%)。2019年省、州(市)两级通过三级评审达到高峰、2022年县(市、区)级通过二级及省级能力达标评审达到高峰。预计2023年底省州县各级通过妇幼保健机构等级或能力达标评审的分别是1所(100.00%)、11所(68.75%)和114所(93.02%)。[结论]云南省妇幼保健机构评审进展顺利,云南省二级妇幼保健院能力标准评审助推等级评审,可推广使用。

Objective To understand the status quo of rating of maternal and child health care institutions(MCHI)in Yunnan Province,summarize the work experience and analyze the existing problems,so as to provide the basis for strengthening and improving the rating work continuously.Methods The literature review method was used to compare and analyze the differences and similarities between detailed standards of rating of national maternal and child health care institutions and detailed standards of competence of provincial institutions.The rating data of maternal and child health care institutions in Yunnan Province were analyzed statistically and descriptively.Results 136 MCHIs(93.15%)out of 146 MCHIs in Yunnan Province had been ranked.The number of maternal and child health care institutions at the provincial,prefectural(city)and county(city,district)levels that passed the rating or competence evaluation was one(100.00%),10(62.50%)and 94(72.87%)respectively.Among them,grade-A tertiary hospitals were 9(6.19%);grade-B tertiary hospitals were two(1.37%);grade-A secondary hospitals were 50(34.25%);grade-B secondary hospitals were six(4.11%).And 38 hospitals(26.03%)reached the standard of competence.In 2019,hospitals at the provincial and prefectural(city)levels that passed evaluation of tertiary hospitals reached the peak;in 2022,hospitals at county(city,district)levels that passed evaluation of secondary hospitals and provincial competence evaluation reached the peak.It is estimated that MCHIs at the provincial,prefectural and county levels that have passed the rating or competence evaluation will be one(100.00%),11(68.75%)and 114(93.02%)by the end of 2023.Conclusions The rating of MCHIs in Yunnan Province goes smoothly.The competence evaluation of secondary maternal and child health care hospitals in Yunnan Province promotes the rating,which can be widely used.
