摘要
现代药理研究证实玉米须有改善高脂血症引发的肝组织损伤、改善血糖、改善尿酸对肾脏的损害、改善急性痛风关节炎、降低脂肪、治疗水肿、抗肿瘤、抗氧化作用。同时现代研究发现玉米须中含有黄酮、多糖、甾醇类化合物、有机酸、矿物元素、氨基酸等有功能性成分的物质。对玉米须成分及其药用价值的研究成果展开分析,并对其市场开发前景进行展望,为玉米须的科学研究运用提供参考。
Modern pharmacological studies have confirmed that corn hair has the effects of improving liver tissue damage caused by hyperlipidemia,improving blood sugar,improving uric acid damage to kidney,improving acute gouty arthritis,reducing fat,treating edema,anti-tumor and anti-oxidation.At the same time,the modern research found that the corn beard contains flavonoids,polysaccharides,sterols,organic acids,mineral elements,amino acids and other functional components.The research results of the ingredients and medicinal value of corn whisker were analyzed,and the market development prospect of corn whisker was prospected to provide reference for the scientific research and application of corn whisker.
