摘要
研究生教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,位于当今中国国民教育的最高层次,占据着基础研究与高新技术原始创新的前沿阵地,代表着国家整体的自主科研创新能力。因此,针对地方高校研究生科研创新能力培养存在的问题和主要因素,提出“项目引领、科研平台构建、教学改革”三位一体的科研创新人才培养理念,旨在为地方高校培养出质量高、科研和创新能力强的硕士研究生提供方法指导和理论依据。
Graduate education is an important part of higher education,located at the highest level of China's national education,occupies the forefront of basic research and high-tech original innovation,and represents the country's overall independent scientific research and innovation ability.Therefore,in view of the problems and main factors in the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability of graduate students in local universities,the threepronged concept of"project guidance,scientific research platform construction and teaching reform"was proposed to provide methodological guidance and theoretical basis for local universities to train graduate students with high quality and strong scientific research and innovation ability.
